  • Photo verification and authorized-pickup-list checks at release — photo ID required for anyone not immediately recognized.

  • Smoke detectors and fire extinguishers are maintained throughout the building, with posted evacuation routes in every room and regularly practiced fire drills.

  • Severe Weather Preparedness

  • We conduct tornado and hurricane drills, supported by written evacuation and shelter-in-place plans, with emergency contacts posted throughout the facility.

  • First Aid and CPR

  • At least one staff member certified in first aid and CPR is on site at all times.
